According to Bitcoin Magazine, following the industry concern sparked by the Coldcard hardware wallet vulnerability incident, the "Bitcoin Red Team" initiated by Calle and Anchorwatch CEO Rob Hamilton has conducted AI-driven security audits on 390 Bitcoin open-source code repositories, submitting a total of 4,962 issues, including 85 critical vulnerabilities and 635 high-risk issues. The project has received support from OpenSats, with audit costs exceeding $40,000, and plans to open-source relevant testing tools in the future to assist more Bitcoin enterprises and development teams in identifying security risks.
